Donetsk Foundry & Mechanical Works CJSC "VTORMET" is young and dynamically developing enterprise. It is found in Donetsk - an industrial capital of the major region of Ukraine - Donbass, and it's located in the center of industrially developed district - Budyonovskiy. Donetsk Foundry & Mechanical Works CJSC "VTORMET" - a company that uses up-to-date foundry technologies - accepts orders for the manufacture of high quality castings made of different grades of cast iron, bronze, brass, aluminium and steel smelted in the induction furnaces of ÈÒÏÝ-0,4/0,5 Ì2 type.
The Foundry is equipped with the following plants:
Vacuum sheet moulding — allows to produce pieces with max size 900õ500õ150mm, weight 0,5-50kgs, related to 1st &2nd degree of complication, characterized by high accuracy rating of weight & size (according to GOST 26645) and distinguished by high quality surface (Ra=12,5-50,0mkm).
Impulse-aerial moulding — allows to produce pieces with max size 900õ700õ300mm, weight 1,0-100kgs, related to any degree of complication, characterized by high accuracy rating of weight & size (according to GOST 26645) and distinguished by high quality surface (Ra=50,0-100,0mkm).
Gasifiable pattern molding — allows to produce pieces with max size 500õ250õ50mm, weight 0,1-50kgs, related to any degree of complication, characterized by high accuracy rating of weight & size (according to GOST 26645) and distinguished by high quality surface (Ra=12,5-20,0mkm).
Hand moulding — allows to produce pieces with max size 900õ700õ300mm, weight 0,5-100kgs, related to any degree of complication, characterized by high accuracy rating of weight & size (according to GOST 26645) and distinguished by high quality surface (Ra=50,0-100,0mkm).
Engineering and design department of the company along with its pattern shop, represented by well-qualified technicians, provides for developing of working drawings and making of wooden and plastic patterns in the shortest terms.
We take orders for routine fabrication as well as for individual castings relating to engineering products or architectural and art foundries.
